Knowledge about partners and customers - where does its value shine?

For an organization to be successful, it needs to provide value to its partners and customers – to solve their problems better than competition. In order to do so, every organization must be able to identify unmet needs, or even more importantly, future needs of its partners or customers, as this can help retention and continuity of this relationship, ensuring initiative success.

Therefore, the question for every knowledge manager should be: how to gather, organize and structure knowledge about partner and customer behaviours and needs; how to ensure this knowledge can help the organization and its partners and customers to grow?
