Topic

Artificial Intelligence and or for Knowledge Management

Generative artificial intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT is one of the hottest topics these days and it will also change - if not disrupt - knowledge work, among other things.

How can (generative) AI support knowledge sharing and collaboration?

At this roundtable, SKMF board member Peter Jacsman will provide inputs on use cases and generative AI tools.

We will then address some of the following questions:

  • How do (generative) AI tools interact with knowledge management (KM)?

  • Does AI make KM more important or less important?
  • What are the prerequisites for the successful use of (generative) AI?
  • What are the use cases for (generative) AI in KM?
  • Which tools exist and which should exist?

Peter Jacsman is a member of the board of SKMF and works in knowledge management team in research & development at Sonova AG, where he deals with the fundamentals and prerequisites for the introduction of generative AI tools, among other things.
