In this roundtable you will be presented with the newly developed SKMF definitions (2021) for Information, Knowledge and Knowledge Management.
Then, you will challenge these definitions within the context of a real KM case.
Your input will contribute to their development:
- Knowledge – the thoughts in one’s head at a given moment, including experiences, insight and ideas – not their physical or digital representation as information or data.
- Information – the physical or digital representation of data in context, e.g. in signs, documents and repositories.
- Knowledge Management – helps increase profitability by building team insight and capability through culture, processes and tools.
Come with a creative and curious mind. Participate in an exciting journey to build our common language.
The roundtable language will be English.
Registration and participation is free of charge for members and non-members.
Facilitator
