Join us to discuss common project challenges from the knowledge management perspective.
For a project to succeed, we have to choose from different project methodologies, manage communication and collaboration between teams, while observing cultural differences and regulatory requirements.
Moreover, not every information must and can be shared among the various working groups and the involved parties. What should and must be shared is not always what could be shared. There is an information gap in the projects due to the culture, project phase, or contractual situation and other factors.
At this roundtable we will explore the options of how to close this gap.
