The Project Manager was an independent position until the advent of Business Analysts and other associated roles such as Product Owner or Knowledge Manager.
During the evening of September 13, 2022 we explored the interaction between the roles of project managers and business analysts. We did this in a round table format where participants worked in teams to produce their thoughts on this theme.
The result is a set of flipcharts on which these reflections are transcribed. These reflections are of a fairly general nature.
On the evening of December 6, we want to start from these flipcharts and work on them in more depth to produce concrete and tangible recommendations that can be used by project managers and business analysts.
Since the relationship between project managers and business analysts requires the sharing of their knowledge, we will have a third association partner, the Swiss Knowledge Management Forum (SKMF).
