We will investigate a recent study based on two client projects linking innovation and knowledge management. Based on this study we have developed the new 3 Sphere Model. It will be used to improve the chances of success for future knowledge management projects.
At the same time it can be also used for Innovation Management, Design Thinking and Agile Development.
