What challenges and opportunities arise in a multicultural production environment?

Multicultural teams bring different perspectives and experiences that can lead to better problem solving and collaboration. In this roundtable, we will look at how multicultural teams can build a sustainable community of values based on knowledge and experience.

We will look at the challenges and potentials of cultural imprints and learn how to use the diversity of team members to develop a shared community of values.

A company tour will take place from 4 pm, from 17:30 Networking and roundtable

Speaker Bio: Christof Lutz, SKMF board member, is passionate about the interplay between people, technology, organization and the associated cultural challenges.

His many years of experience in the ancillary construction industry range from sales and management to organizational development. He is driven by the search for pragmatic and practice-oriented solutions that actively contribute to the sustainable design of companies.
